I guess it happens all the time.
At first, everything would seem so fresh and interesting, but after a while, the 15 minutes of novelty will be worn out and it's so easy to get bored or feel disoriented while fulfiling the tasks at work and repeating the daily routine.
For me, the perfect mode of life would be always on the road and ready to move to the next destination. So when I couldn't find the meaning of a job anymore, I would resign, move to another city and try another one.
But it has its downside though, cuz you'll have to be constantly on the move and could hardly settle down. but again, it's probably the privilege of being young until the passage of age comes and we have to establish a stable life. Then we'll have to endure it for family's sake, and could probably come up with creative ideas to make it more interesting, e.g., redocorating the workplace or at least your own workdesk, try positive thinking and strive to learn more even in those trivial errands, interact more with collegues and bosses, make the best use of spare work time, etc. |
