my father left us forever months ago . and i havent the foggiest about my future .my dream is to go out of hometown but my mom is alone and i have no choice but to stay at home to take care of her . now i am all at sea .

You are just on the horns of a dilemma ! If you can do well with your mum out of your hometown,then, go. If not, stay in your hometown and do something. Right？
