it's really hard for a person to be cheerful and energetic all the time. when the blue hits, what do you usually do to adjust to it? there are a number of options for us. do you have one particularly and effectively for you ? share your opinions here and sooner or later i reckon we can figure out the top five or top ten list for the people in need.

go shopping if have money; listen to music if alone;  talk to friends if not alone;  reading if books on hands;  sleeping if tired;  eating good food if hungry.
