1.The most ill-mannered things to do at a business meal is using a cell phone.
在餐桌上一點不要使用電話。
2.When you have a business meeting in the UK, you should get down to business straight away.
當開商務會議的時候,特別是在英國,最好直接進入主題。
3.You have a meeting with a client but are expecting a call; you should turn your cell phone off.
當會見客戶的同時又在等一個電話,此時最好關掉電話。
4.When you receive someone else’s business card you should look at the card and acknowledge it.
當收到名片的時候,應該馬上看并且記住它。
5.What should you do if you see someone at a business event that you have met before? But you can’t remember their name. You should introduce yourself, apologies for not remembering their name but say where you met them before.
但遇到在商務上認識的的一個人,但是卻不記得他的名字了,最好去介紹自己,并為自己沒有記住他的名字感到抱歉,并提及在何時何地見過。
6.When expressing thanks to a business client who has given you a gift, you should send a handwritten note .
當向給自己送過禮物的客戶表達謝意的時候,最好親自寫一份。
