Nowadays many of us try to live in a way that will damage the environment as little as possible. We recycle our newspapers and bottles; we take public transport to get to work; and we try to buy locally produced fruit and vegetables. And we want to take these attitudes on holiday with us. This is why alternative forms of tourism are becoming popular in the world. There are lots of names for these new forms of tourism： responsible tourism， nature tourism， adventure tourism， educational tourism and more.Although everyone may have a different definition， most people agree that these new forms of tourism should do the following： first， they should conserve the wildlife and culture of the area; second， they should benefit the local people; third， they should make a profit without destroying natural resources; and finally they should provide an experience that tourists want to pay for.
現在我們中的許多人嘗試生活的一個盡可能少地被破壞的環境中。我們回收報紙和瓶子,我們乘坐公共交通去上班,我們盡量購買當地生產的水果和蔬菜。我們想把這些態度投入到我們的度假。這就是為什么替代形式的旅游在世界上越來越受歡迎。有很多被命名為這些新形式的旅游：有責任旅游、自然旅游、探險旅游、教育旅游等等。雖然每個人都有不同的定義,大多數人認為這些新形式的旅游應該做到以下幾點:首先,他們應該保護該地區的野生動物和文化;第二,他們應該造福當地人民;第三,他們可以賺錢,但是不破壞自然資源,最后他們應該提供一個游客想支付的體驗。
