劍橋商務(wù)英語證書(CambridgeBusinessEnglishCertificate，簡(jiǎn)稱BEC)考試，是英國劍橋大學(xué)考試委員會(huì)(UCLES)專門為非英語母語國家的人員進(jìn)行國際商務(wù)活動(dòng)的需要而設(shè)計(jì)的。由于證書頒發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)的權(quán)威性較強(qiáng)，該項(xiàng)考試在歐美許多國家被廣泛認(rèn)可，是求職英語能力證明的上選證書，并被英國50多所大學(xué)認(rèn)可作為入學(xué)英語語言能力證明。
在中國，在“考證熱”的影響下，BEC的考生60%為在校學(xué)生，其目的是為了獲取證書，作為求職就業(yè)的敲門磚。
