Mr. Lee is going to buy a large amount of electronic components from your company. Healso shows an interest in your company‘s PCX phone machine, which is in the charge of Mr.Angus Beard, your colleague. Mr. Lee would like to bring 10 samples and some brochures backhome to make a trial sale.
. Write a short note to Mr. Angus Beard ,one of your colleagues.
. Tell him the fact that Mr. Lee is interested in PCX phone.

PART TWO
You are a clerk in Lucky Tourism Company. You are responsible for arranging travellinglines. One day ,you received the data as follows :
Read the following table which shows the changes in the way people spend their holidays.The table divides the tourism business into four parts ,telling the different percentages in 1980and in 1990 ,from which you will notice the trend of current tourism business.

講解：
第一部分又涉及Note的寫法。便條可以有題目，也可以省略題目。
便條開篇須有稱呼語，但稱呼可以比較隨便。
日期部分可寫在便條的右上角。
日期的簽署通常只需寫星期幾或星期幾的上午、下午，也可只寫上午或下午和具體時間。 只寫日期也可以。
便條結尾須署上留條人的姓名，位置在正文的右下角。
便條的形式和內容簡潔，故可以用幾句話概括。
文內語言盡量通俗口語化，簡單扼要，直截了當，無需使用客套語言。
便條雖簡單，但中心務必突出，更要注明活動的時間及地點。
便條不需郵寄，不用信封。通常請人代為轉交。有時可寫在留言板和留言簿上。
基本寫作格式
便條內容和類型不盡相同，可以靈活變通。但各類便條必須包括以下幾個基本要素;
1) Date：便條日期
2) Salutation：稱呼
3) Body：正文
4) Signature：署名
第二部分是圖表類作文。要注意怎樣用合適的句子將圖表中的內容表述出來。可以參考這里來看：

Nowadays, less people like to spend their holidays at home. More people go campingoutside or even travel abroad. The changes are caused mainly by three factors. First ,peoplebecome more open. Instead of staying at home, they visit foreign countries to know thedifferent races. Secondly ,in the 1990s , house wives are more free from the heavy houseworkwith more and more household utensils. Families are very happy to spend holidays outside withmothers or wives. Thirdly, travelling abroad can also mean enjoying comfortable weather inanother country. Therefore less people go to crowded seaside ,they turn to other ways.
