　　第一段：開篇引用+深意(這里直接寫深意就可以了：生活中充滿了各種誘惑，抵御誘惑才能養成好習慣或者我們應該學會抵御誘惑)

　　第二段：正能量(抵御誘惑有助于…比如：讓我們能專心致志去做更有意義的事情等…)+舉例(必須要舉例!題目要求了。 找個名人編個他抵御誘惑后取得成功的例子或用自己做例子都很好)

　　第一段：開篇引用+表義(我們的地球給我們人類提供了豐富的自然資源，但是因為人類的貪婪，我們的資源正慢慢枯竭等等…)+深意(我們應該節約資源，保護地球)

　　第二段：正能量(節約資源有利于子孫后代可持續發展，否則。。。還可反面論證下)+舉例(用我們經常看到**現象，把例子印出來：比如過渡開采煤礦造成資源緊缺啊，過渡捕魚，捕獵造成生態失衡啊，圍湖造田啊，比如一些旅游景點過度開發，環境被破壞都可以)
