低碳生活——[議論文]
低碳生活是環(huán)保類話題的分支，環(huán)保話題一直是中高考英語作文的重中之重。低碳生活也是近兩年比較倡導(dǎo)的生活方式。學(xué)生比較熟悉，也有話可說。
“低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)”是一個具有廣泛社會性的經(jīng)濟(jì)前沿理念，最早是在2003年英國政府發(fā)布的能源白皮書《我們能源的未來：創(chuàng)建低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)》正式提出的。低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)包括低碳發(fā)展、低碳產(chǎn)業(yè)、低碳技術(shù)和低碳生活等經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)，是指在不影響經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的前提下，通過技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和制度創(chuàng)新，降低能源和資源消耗，盡可能最大限度地減少溫室氣體和污染物的排放，實現(xiàn)減緩氣候變化的目標(biāo)，促進(jìn)人類的可持續(xù)發(fā)展Protection of Environment

There are still many problems of environmental protection in recent years. One of the most serious problems is the serious pollution of air, water and soil. the polluted air does great harm to people’s health. The polluted water causes diseases and death. What is more, vegetation had been greatly reduced with the rapid growth of modern cities. To protect the environment, governments of many countries have done a lot. Legislative steps have been introduced to control air pollution, to protect the forest and sea resources and to stop any environmental pollution. Therefore, governments are playing the most important role in the environmental protection today.
近幾年環(huán)境保護(hù)仍存在許多問題。其中最嚴(yán)重的問題是空氣、水和土壤的嚴(yán)重污染。被污染的空氣對人們的健康有很大的危害。被污染的水導(dǎo)致疾病和死亡。隨著現(xiàn)代城市的快速發(fā)展，植被已大大減少。為了保護(hù)環(huán)境，許多國家的政府已經(jīng)做了很多。已經(jīng)出臺了立法措施來控制空氣污染，保護(hù)森林和海洋資源，防止環(huán)境污染。因此，各國政府在環(huán)境保護(hù)中發(fā)揮著最重要的作用。

Today's society is a highly developed technological society. However, the shortcomings in the development process are obvious, such as: carbon dioxide, and environmental pollution. But the most serious should be the carbon dioxide problem.
Now the problem of global warming because of excess emissions of greenhouse gases. Excessive amount of carbon dioxide emissions, creating a persified economy and La Nina phenomena lag disorder. Two levels of glaciers melting, polar animals lose their chance of survival at the same time, will lead to rising sea levels, many coastal cities into the water did not result in a few years later. Therefore, we must take the necessary measures to reduce the environmental impact of carbon dioxide.
今天的社會是一個高度發(fā)達(dá)的科技社會。然而，在發(fā)展過程中的缺點(diǎn)是顯而易見的，如：二氧化碳，和環(huán)境污染。但最嚴(yán)重的應(yīng)該是二氧化碳問題。
