網上聊天的正面影響。網上聊天可以提高思想互動頻率，交流者可以很容易進行交談。還可以網上相約，網下聚會，及時化解矛盾，起到溫暖人心等作用。 網絡提供了知識學習的廣闊校園，學習者在任何時間、任何地點都能通過網上聊天進行交流。 網上聊天的負面影響。網上垃圾信息比較多，聊天者容易受到不良信息的影響，污染人們的心靈，誤導行為。同時網絡的隱蔽性，使某些人利用虛假身份進行惡意交友、聊天，騙取錢財等。 我的作法，養成上網的良好習慣，不要沉浸于網絡聊天，不瀏覽傳播不良的信息，不輕易和不曾相識的人約會，注意保持自制力。多利用網上聊天進行有利的教育學習，提高知識等。
