高考英語：書面表達中詞性的誤用

誤：Her successful is a great pleasure to her parents.
正：Her success is a great pleasure to her parents.
譯：他的成功對他父母來說是件高興的事。
析：形容詞性物主代詞后面應接名詞或動名詞，successful是形容詞，故her后應j接successful的名詞形式 success。
誤：Don’t worried! We still have enough time.
正：Don’t worry/be worried! We still have enough time.
譯：別擔心，我們?nèi)杂凶銐虻臅r間。
析：Don’t后面應接動詞原形，worried是形容詞。
固定搭配錯誤
固定搭配是指英語中一些不能隨意更改的習慣表達，固定搭配中的詞不能隨意改動、增加或減少，固定搭配要前后一致等，如果隨意改動或增減詞語，往往容易造成錯誤。
誤：Mary became interested on Chemistry.
正：Mary became interested in Chemistry.
譯：瑪麗開始對化學感興趣了。
析：be interested in sth / doing sth是固定搭配，不可隨便更改其中的介詞。
誤：They stopped on the A64 among York and Leeds.
正：They stopped on the A64 between York and Leeds.
譯：他們停在約克和利茲之間的A64高速公路上。
析：在英語中，between 一般指兩者之間，其賓語往往是表示兩者的名詞或代詞，或者是由and連接的兩個人或物；among一般用于三者或三者以上的“在……中間”，其賓語通常是一個表示籠統(tǒng)數(shù)量或具有復數(shù)(或集合)意義的名詞或代詞。
誤：There use to be low and dirty houses.
正：There used to be low and dirty houses.
譯：那里曾是些矮而骯臟的房舍。
析：used to意為“過去經(jīng)常”。
誤：At the begin of the term, I found it difficult to study English.
正：At the beginning of the term, I found it difficult to study English.
譯：在這學期初，我覺得學英語很困難。
析：at the beginning of是固定搭配，意為“在……之初”。
誤：I’ll also do plenty of exercise, which won’t give me any harm either.
正：I’ll also do plenty of exercise, which won’t do me any harm either.
譯：我也會做大量的運動，這也是對身體無害的。
析：表示“對……有害”的短語是do harm to sb/do sb harm。c
