正解：It is unclear whether recycling can control pollution.

雅思寫作常見錯(cuò)誤之時(shí)態(tài)
中文中沒有時(shí)態(tài)的概念，這是我們在學(xué)習(xí)和掌握英語時(shí)態(tài)的天然障礙。對(duì)于一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)，現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)，一般過去時(shí)的合理使用實(shí)在是難煞了一堆烤鴨。

Become一般用完成時(shí)或進(jìn)行時(shí)
