推薦信寫作“三步走”：
指出寫信人和被推薦人的關(guān)系，及推薦的原因→概述被薦人的品質(zhì)、能力、性格等→.總結(jié)說明被推薦人值得被推薦(例如能勝任工作)。
注意：
推薦信要多寫優(yōu)點，充分肯定成績，篇幅不宜過長，但也不能三言兩語過于簡單。
◆ 推薦信寫作框架
第一段： 寫信目的，指出寫信人和被推薦人的關(guān)系;
第二段： 推薦原因(品質(zhì)，能力，性格等)：多寫優(yōu)點肯定成績;
第三段： 總結(jié)說明被推薦人值得被推薦(例如能勝任某項工作)。
