　　投訴信是對于產(chǎn)品、服務(wù)等的不滿意，進(jìn)而需要寫出自己的意見和要求。

　　第一段需寫寫信的目的以及自己的一個概括的期望：常用套話比如I venture to write to complain about ……+定語從句;I would be grateful if you could do anything necessary to solve the problem facing me.

　　第二段闡述兩、三方面所面臨的產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)的問題及后果：there are several aspects underlying this complaint. For one thing,......For another,......In addition,......

　　第三段給出具體的期望，比如退款或更換新產(chǎn)品：It is my sincere hope that you could give me full refund or replace it with a new one. Your kind reply to this letter at your earliest convenience would be very much appreciated.

　　【必備表達(dá)】

　　1、說明投訴問題

　　I am writing to inform(告知，代替tell)you that I find…unsatisfactory…

　　I am writing to express/ air dissatisfaction/ disappointment/ concern regarding …

　　2、期待解決方案

　　I hope you will take steps to rectify(糾正、改善，代替improve) this situation soon.

　　I believe you will take my complaints seriously. I would ask you to give back my money, or I would file my complaint(投訴) to the authorities concerned(相關(guān)部門).

　　To solve this problem/surmount this difficulty/improve the situation/crack this hard nut(解決問題), I hope to draw the attention of the authorities concerned.

　　Dear Mr. President,

　　My name is Li Ming, a junior of the Civil Engineering School. I venture(冒昧)to write a letter to you about the canteen service (食堂服務(wù)) on campus which has given rise to a lot of complaints among students.

　　The focus of the complaint is the poor quality of the food. The vegetables are so overcooked as to lose their nutrients. The price of the food is surprisingly high. Besides , the attitude of the service staff to the students is not hospitable (熱情)at all.

　　All in all, there is still much room for improvement as far as the canteen service is concerned. I do hope we will not suffer for another year. Thank you for your kind consideration.
