Although crying can't solve any complicated problems, and maybe we will get a terrible mood finally, crying can give us a release, and it is helpful for us. 當(dāng)我們陷入困境的時(shí)候，我們總是告訴我們自己我們不能哭，因?yàn)榭奘菦]有用的。如果我們僅僅就是哭，不做任何其他事情的話，我們會變得更加消極。盡管哭不能夠解決一些復(fù)雜的問題，而且最終還會讓我們的心情更加糟糕，但是哭泣能讓我們有所發(fā)泄，這是對我們是有所幫助的。所以，我想說的就是我們應(yīng)該放縱自己的情感。當(dāng)我們的確是想要哭的時(shí)候，我們不應(yīng)該壓抑自己而不去哭。請給我們自己一個(gè)空間吧，在這個(gè)空間里，我們能夠忠于自己的心，并且我們也不要再去思考一些無用的事。這樣，我們就能夠獲得平靜心態(tài)。不要壓制我們內(nèi)心的情感。順其自然吧。
Also, when we meet some situations that we have tried our best to solve, but the result is that we can't change anything, then we should have a consciousness of "Let it go". Maybe we are not willing to give it up, but we must realize that if we always make great efforts, but we still can't gain the satisfactory result, we should convince ourselves not to insist on it. 還有就是，在我們遇到一些情況，這些情況是我們已經(jīng)盡我們最大的努力去解決，但是結(jié)果卻是我們無能為力，這個(gè)時(shí)候，我們應(yīng)該有一個(gè)“隨他去吧”的意識。也許我們不愿意放棄，但是我們必須意識到如果我們總是花了大量的努力去做，但是不能夠得到滿意的結(jié)果的時(shí)候，我們應(yīng)該說服自己不要在堅(jiān)持了。讓我們心情好些吧，就隨他去吧。因?yàn)槲覀儾粫蠡冢覀円呀?jīng)經(jīng)歷過了。
In a word, for some things, we should hold that attitude of "Let it go". However, the premise is that we have done our best for them, and we have gotten some significant experience from them. Thus, we can learn more knowledge and have a good mood.
