By doing this, the phenomenon that the buses block the street when passengers get on or get off the buses will not occur again. At the same time, it will upgrade the efficiency of buses. Finally, reinforcing punish toward the over-speed cars and drunk driving so as to reduce the rate of traffic accident, and then decrease traffic jam.
首先，限制私家車的數量是解決交通擁擠問題的重要一步。私家車占據了較大的空間，在很大程度上它要對交通堵塞負責。私家車會加快運輸量。第二，為公共汽車建立特殊道路也是一個好方法。這樣的話，乘客從公共汽車上下車阻礙了馬路的現象不會再發生。同時，也會提升公交車的效率。最后，加強懲罰超速和酒后駕駛的汽車來降低交通事故的發生率，并減輕交通堵塞。
