Concerns have been raised again about campus loans after reports revealed that some Web-based loan sharks are demanding college students to provide nude photographs of themselves as collateral to borrow money.
近日，在一些報道揭露了部分網絡高利貸者要求大學生以自己的裸照為抵押辦理貸款后，校園貸再度引發人們的擔憂。
?近年來，隨著越來越多的學生開始利用網絡借貸平臺(online lending platform)滿足日常消費需求，低門檻(low threshold)、手續少(simple procedure)、放款快等優勢使校園貸(campus loan)風光無限，快速發展。"無擔保、無抵押，當日放款(no guarantee, no collateral, loan granted on the day of application)"，在一些大學校園內、微信朋友圈、QQ群里常見此類誘人的貸款廣告。借貸公司聲稱手續簡單，無需任何抵押就能放款(make/grant loans)，少則幾百元，多則上萬元。簡單的貸款程序讓不少大學生選擇隱瞞父母、借貸消費(borrow and spend without their parents' knowledge)。
?不過由校園貸引發的借貸隱患，甚至債務悲劇也頻頻引爆輿論。今年3月，鄭州一名陷入校園貸糾紛的大學生不堪重負跳樓自殺(jump to one's death)，將校園貸推向風口浪尖(put the issue in the spotlight)，并引起監管層的關注。4月，教育部和中國銀監會(China Banking Regulatory Commission)曾聯合印發《關于加強校園不良網絡借貸風險防范和教育引導工作的通知》，其中明確，對未經批準在校園內宣傳推廣信貸業務(promote loans on campus)的不良網絡借貸平臺和個人要依法處置。然而，校園貸作為新興業態，目前在學校運營幾乎是"三無"：無準入門檻(no barriers to entry)、無行業標準(no industry standards)、無機構監管(lack of supervision)。
?最近，一種新曝光的校園貸借款模式再次刺痛了公眾的神經(touch raw nerves of the public)——"裸條"借貸(loans secured against nude photos/nude photos as loan guarantee)。據報道，"裸條"借貸就是以裸體照片替代借條(nude photos as IOUs)，當發生違約不還款(default on their loans)時，放貸人(lender)以在網上公開裸照(publish the photos online)、與借款人(borrower)父母聯系等手段作為要挾的貸款方式。
?有律師表示，"裸條"借貸年利率(annual interest rate)高達30%，明顯是高利貸(usury)，屬違規貸款。此外，裸照不是物權，不能作為抵押物(collateral)。第三方平臺(third-party platform)若將他人裸照進行傳播，等于侵犯了當事人的隱私權(privacy)，當事人可以依法提起訴訟(file a lawsuit)，也可以向公安機關報案(report to police)。
