What is the most appealing吸引人的 feature of a job? Some people claim that it is a high salary that makes a job appealing.Others believe that job satisfaction or being useful to society is more important.In my opinion, although a high wage is by no means決不 unimportant,job satisfaction has priority.
For a start,compared with sheer money, the satisfaction and pleasure one derives from得自,由來 his or her work are much more fulfilling and long lasting. Almost every kind of job can provide people with money to sustain維持 their daily lives, that is, to meet their physical needs. However, only a few careers can supply people with a sense of satisfaction and satiate their psychological demands. To lead a quality life, a person should attach more emphasis to job satisfaction than the salary of the job brings.
At the same time, focusing too much on the salary will jeopardize危害 a person's career prospects. Therefore, from the above analysis we can conclude that although a high salary is a very important feature of an appealing job,job satisfaction is of far more significance for an employee.
