同意或者不同意，都是錯(cuò)誤的。不結(jié)合具體情況，無法判斷哪一個(gè)更好。先比較兩種溝通方式的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)(relative merits)然后根據(jù)不同的情況說明那種方式更好：跟老板、同事溝通，face-to-face communication更好；跟憤怒的投訴顧客，telephone更好一些；跟情人溝通，當(dāng)然face-to-face更好。
