Now the Rio Olympic Games is holding, people from all over the world keep their eyes on this great event. We are enjoying the excellent matches while appreciating the wonderful body shapes. The athletes practise all the year round and their body shapes are so many people’s dreams. More people have realized the importance of taking exercise, so they will go to the gym after work. As they sit in the office most of the time, they want to keep fit and make themselves look wonderful. Look at the models and the superstars, they have the perfect body shapes and they tell people the secret is to do enough exercise. Though we are not celebrities, we still need to keep healthy and make ourselves look good. It is never too late to take exercise, let’s move. 現在里約奧運會正在舉行,來自世界各地的人們在關注著這個偉大的盛會。我們一邊在享受精彩的比賽一邊在欣賞著完美的身材。運動員一年到頭都在練習，他們的身材是很多人的夢想。越來越多的人已經意識到鍛煉的重要性,所以他們會下班后去健身房。由于他們大部分時間的時間都是坐在辦公室里,他們想要保持健康,使自己看起來很棒?？纯茨Ｌ睾兔餍?他們有著完美的體型，告知人們秘密是在于做足夠的鍛煉。雖然我們不是名人,但是我們仍需要保持健康,使自己看起來不錯。鍛煉永遠都不晚,讓我們動起來。
