改變我的家鄉(xiāng)(Changing My Hometown)

My hometown is a large city with a dense population. Because it is crowded with people and their vehicles， the environment is not as clean as I would like it to be. Too many cars and buses pollute the air and people also create a lot of garbage that is not always disposed of properly. If I could change just one thing about my hometown， it would be the environment. I would make it a cleaner and less polluted place to live.

I believe that such a change is important because a person's living environment can greatly affect both his physical and mental health. Bad air quality can contribute to many health problems such as asthma， and improperly discarded garbage can spread bacteria that are dangerous to health. In addition， the environment can greatly affect the way a person feels. When in clean， attractive surroundings we always feel more optimistic. For these reasons， I think the people of my hometown should work together to make it a cleaner place to live.

Insgroupsto accomplish this goal we have to not only enact laws to limit pollution， but also take personal responsibility for our own actions. Only when people realize the effect that the environment has on their well-being will they take such proposals seriously. Therefore， we must first inform people of the dangers of a poor environment. Then I believe we can all live happier， healthier lives.

改變我的家鄉(xiāng)

我的家鄉(xiāng)是個(gè)人口密集的大城市。因?yàn)閿D滿了人和車輛，所以它的環(huán)境沒(méi)有我所希望的那么干凈。過(guò)多的汽車及公共汽車污染了空氣，人們制造的許多垃圾也不一定能夠得到妥善處理。如果我只能改變家鄉(xiāng)的一樣?xùn)|西，那么我想改變的就是它的環(huán)境。我想使它成為一個(gè)更干凈、污染更少的居住場(chǎng)所。

我認(rèn)為這樣的改變是很重要的，因?yàn)榫幼…h(huán)境可能會(huì)大大地影響人們的身體及心理健康。不良的空氣質(zhì)量可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致許多健康方面的問(wèn)題，例如哮喘；而隨意丟棄的垃圾也會(huì)傳播有害健康的細(xì)菌。此外，環(huán)境對(duì)于人們的感受會(huì)有相當(dāng)大的影響。在干凈而宜人的環(huán)境里，我們一定會(huì)覺(jué)得更樂(lè)觀。因此，我認(rèn)為家鄉(xiāng)的居民應(yīng)該共同合作，讓它成為更干凈的居住場(chǎng)所。

為了達(dá)到這項(xiàng)目標(biāo)，我們不僅要制定法律來(lái)限制污染，還必須為自己的行為負(fù)責(zé)。只有了解環(huán)境對(duì)健康的影響，人們才會(huì)認(rèn)真考慮這些提議。因此，我們必須先讓大家知道不良環(huán)境可能造成的危險(xiǎn)。我相信這樣一來(lái)，我們都能過(guò)著更快樂(lè)、更健康的生活。
