Gift Wrapping On the afternoon of Secretary Day, my co-worker and I finally found the time to get gifts for our secretaries. While at the store, my colleague noticed my disappointment.“What‘s wrong?" he asked.“They won’t provide gift wrapping," I answered.“No problem," he said quickly.“I‘ll ask my secretary to do it.”送給秘書的禮物秘書節(jié)的下午，我和我的同事終于擠出時間去給我們的秘書買禮物。在商店里，我的同事看出我很失望。他問我：“出什么問題了？”我說：“他們不提供包禮物的服務(wù)。”他很快地說：“沒關(guān)系，我可以叫我的秘書包。”
1. wrap包裹。也有“纏繞”的意思：A vine wraps round a big tree.一根藤繞在一棵大樹上。
2.secretary秘書。It takes a new secretary one month to break in.新來的秘書要一個月的時間熟悉工作。
3.disappointment失望。These children are prepared for the disappointments as well as the joys of life.這些孩子不僅準(zhǔn)備享受生活的樂趣，而且也準(zhǔn)備經(jīng)受生活中的失意。
