Informal invitation to dinner
Dear Ruth and Cliff,
Tammy and I would like it very much if you would be our guests at dinner on 6th Feb. at seven o’clock. It’s an informal farewell party for Novak couple who, as you know, will be leaving in a few weeks for Boston , where Mr. Novak will be the managing director of our office there. We’re inviting the couples, all of whom are special friends of the Novaks.
I KNOW THAT Novaks would be delighted to have you in group, as would me. By the way, it’s not a surprise and no gifts are expected.
Will you call Tammy or me if you can’t come? Otherwise, we’ll be expecting you. My office number >>>>>> and our home number is >>>> .
