A Dog Not Bite
One day John is walking down the street when he sees an old man with a nice looking dog. He goes over to the man and asks, "Does your dog bite？" The old man replies, "No, never." When John tries to pet the dog, it immediately bites his hand. John says, "I thought you said your dog didn't bite！" "I did." replies the old man, "but this isn't my dog！"
一天John走在街上,看到一位老人帶著一條非常漂亮的狗。他就過去問這位老人:“您的狗咬人嗎？”老人說:“不,從來不咬。”當John試圖去摸這條狗的時候,狗立刻咬了他的手。John說:“我想你剛才說你的狗不咬人的！”老人回答到:“我是這么說的啊。但這不是我的狗！”

Teacher: What's the outside layer of a tree called, Tommy？
Tommy: Don't know.
Teacher: Bark, Tommy.
Tommy: Woof, Woof.
老師:樹外面的一層叫什么,Tommy？
Tommy:我不知道。
老師:樹皮,Tommy.
Tommy:汪,汪。
注:bark作名詞有“樹皮”的意思,作動詞有“狗叫”的意思。
