In summer, the weather is hot. We should drink more water, because we sweat a lot in hot days. But I prefer to eat fruits. Watermelons, apples and grapes are my favorite. They are all rich in water. There is a saying that an apple a day keeps the doctor away. Fruits are good for our body. There are many kinds of vitamins in fruits. Besides, some people do not like drinking water, so they can eat fruits instead. I am one of them.
夏天天氣很熱，我們應該喝更多的水因為熱天我們留很多汗，但是我喜歡吃水果。西瓜，蘋果核葡萄是我最喜歡的水果，它們含有豐富的水分。有一個說法是：“一天一蘋果，醫生遠離我。” 水果對我們的身體有好處，水果中含有多種維生素。此外，有的人不喜歡喝水，所以他們吃水果代替。我也是他們其中之一。
