Emails have attachments – an attachment is attached to an email.
電子郵件中有附件這一項，因此，在電郵中要使用attached表示附件的意思。
Letters, or anything else sent by post or courier, have enclosures – an enclosure is enclosed with a letter.
信函或者其他需要投遞的事物也有附件，但在信函中要表示附件，則需要用enclosed一詞。
E.g. Please sign the POA enclosed with this letter and return it to us as soon as possible.
例句：請在授權書（小編注：POA，即power of attorney的縮寫）上簽字，并附在回信中。另，請盡早回信。
