Many years ago, the news that an Australian travel institution recruited a worker to guard an island, the worker could not only enjoy the sunshine and the beach, but also could get the very high pay in half a year. People were crazy about the job, they wanted to be the worker. Two years passed, people saw the news about the recruit, it was said that the lucky guy became the guider of the island, but he was not that happy, because he was alone in the island, which suffered him. The high pay job always has the reason, as the saying that no pain, no gain, the high salary comes from hard work. Just like our study, if we want to do well, we must have to study hard. The pay brings the gain, it is very fair. 很多年前，有則新聞報道澳大利亞一個旅游局招聘一名員工來守護一個小島，這名員工不僅能享受到陽光和沙灘，也能在半年后拿到很高的酬勞。人們為這份工作感到瘋狂，他們想要成為這名員工。兩年過去了，人們看到了關于那次招聘的新聞，據說，有位幸運的人成為了小島的護衛，但是他并不是那么的開心，因為他獨自在島上，這讓他煩惱。高酬勞的工作總是有原因的，正如有句話說沒有付出就沒有收獲，高酬勞來自辛勤的工作。就如我們的學習，如果我們想要做得好，就必須努力學習。付出才能帶來收獲，這是很公平的。
