看完電視之后(After watching TV……)
It was nine o’clock p.m... Jack was still watching TV in his bedroom. When his parents came to see him, he turned off the TV. But when his parents came to their own room, he turned on the TV again. There was a wonderful TV play on the TV. That night he didn’t go to bed until eleven o’clock.
The next morning, the sun shone brightly in through the window. It was already seven forty. Maybe Jack was too tired; he was still sleeping in bed. When his mother came in, to her surprise, her son was still in bed. Then she shouted at Jack: “Get up. It’s too late.”
When he got to school, the first class had begun .He stood near the door, and said: “Excuse me .May I come in?” “Come in.” The teacher said angrily .The second class was an English exam. But Jack felt very tired. He wanted to sleep. So he closed his eyes. The teacher said: “ Jack, please stand up, open your eyes. You should not sleep in class.” The other classmates all laughed at Jack.
After school, Jack was on his way home. He said to himself: “I can’t watch TV at night any more.”
