Expressing Our Emotions
The biggest difference between animals and human beings is that human beings hold the possession of complex emotions. People are capable of thinking of whether the case is right or wrong. Therefore, it is obvious that different people have different thoughts.
人類與動物之間最大的區別在于人類擁有復雜的情感。人是有能夠思考事情對錯的能力。所以，不言而喻，不同的人具有不同的想法。
I want to point out that choosing a right way to express our emotions is very significant. In our daily life, there are lots of people used to hiding their inner true feelings. They don’t know how to express their feelings, and they are afraid of being embarrassed, when they speak out their true words.
我想指出的是選擇一種正確的方法來表達我們的情感是非常重要的。在我們的日常生活中，有許許多多的人習慣于隱藏自己的真實情感。他們不知道如何去表達他們的感覺，并且他們十分恐懼，當他們說出真話以后，自己會很尷尬。
As for familial affection, sometimes we may meet terrible solutions among the family members. Expressing personal emotion in right way is the key to deal with the problems. At first, we must have a nice attitude to prepare to relieve the tension. In fact, because there are many words in our heart, we need to speak out them loudly. Then we should learn how to communicate with each other. Good communication skills will lead our emotions expressing to the best condition. Finally, we need to put down all the negative emotions, and open our heart to sincerely express our inner feelings and listen to the words carefully.
就拿親情來說吧，有時候，在我們家庭成員之間也會難免遇到一些麻煩。用對的方式表達個人情感是處理此類問題的關鍵。首先，我們需要良好的態度去準備釋放緊張情緒。實際上，因為在我們心中有很多的話，所以我們需要大聲說出來。然后，我們應該學習如何相互交流，良好的交流技巧將會讓我們的情感表達處于最佳狀態。最后，我們應該放下所有的負面情緒，然后打開心扉，誠摯地表達出我們內心的感受，并且做一個良好的傾聽者。
To be honest, life of human being is so short, so we should catch every chance to treat our family, friends and other people with a true heart. Surely, we should bravely express our emotions to do with the trivial things in our daily life. Thus, our life will be more meaningful.
說實在的，人類的生命是如此的短暫，所以我們應該抓住每一個機會，用我們的真心好好地對待我們的家人，朋友，以及其他人。當然，我們應該勇敢地表達出我們的情感，更好地來處理日常生活中一些瑣碎的事情。這樣，我們的生命將會變得更加有意義。
