The role of plastics塑料的角色The unhygienic use and disposal of plastics and its effects on human health has become a matter of concern.Colored plastics are harmful as their pigment contains heavy metals that are highly toxic.Some of the harmful metals found in plastics are copper, lead, chromium, cobalt, selenium, and cadmium.In most industrialized countries, colored plastics have been legally banned.In India, the government of Himachal Pradesh has banned the use of plastics and so has district.Other states should emulate their example.在人類的健康方面的塑料不保健的使用和處理和它的效果已經(jīng)變得關(guān)心的一個物質(zhì)。當他們的色素包含高度有毒的重金屬的時候 , 彩塑料是有害的。一些在塑料中被發(fā)現(xiàn)的有害金屬是銅，領(lǐng)引，鉻，鈷，硒和鎘。在大部分方面使塑料已經(jīng)被法律上禁止的國家，彩色工業(yè)化了。在印度， Himachal Pradesh 的政府已經(jīng)禁止塑料的使用并且如此有 Ladakh 區(qū)域。其他的州應該效法他們的例子。Preventive measures預防的措施Proper methods of waste disposal have to be undertaken to ensure that it does not affect the environment around the area or cause health hazards to the people living there.At the household-level proper segregation of waste has to be done and it should be ensured that all organic matter is kept aside for composting, which is undoubtedly the best method for the correct disposal of this segment of the waste.In fact, the organic part of the waste that is generated decomposes more easily, attracts insects and causes disease.Organic waste can be composted and then used as a fertilizer.廢棄的處理適當?shù)姆椒ū仨毐唤邮执_定它在區(qū)域的周圍不影響環(huán)境或?qū)θ艘鸾】滴ｋU活的在那里。在家庭- 水平，廢物的適當種族隔離必須被做，而且它應該被確定所有的有機物質(zhì)被保持旁白因為施堆肥, 無疑地是廢物的這一個片段的正確處理的最好方法。事實上，被產(chǎn)生的廢物有機的部份更容易分解,吸引昆蟲而且引起。有機的廢物可能被施堆肥并且然后被用如肥料。
