當教師的好處 Advantages of Being a Teacher
I come from a family of teachers.My father was a teacher,my sister is a teacher,and I am a teacher.Why do we have strong passion for this profession?
我來自一個教師家庭。我的父親是一名教師，我的姐姐是一名教師，我是一名教師。為什么我們對這個職業有強烈的熱情?
For one thing, I consider myself not only a teacher,but also a learner.Being a teacher allows me,in fact forces me,to be a learner.First, I must prepare all that I will teach ,during which process I myself learn a lot.Secondly ,I must find ways of helping my students to understand their assignments.
一方面，我認為自己不僅是一名教師，同時也是一名學習者。作為一名教師，給予我實際上是促使我成為一名學習者。首先，我必須準備好我要教的所有東西，在這個過程中，我自己學習了很多東西。其次，我必須找到幫助我的學生理解他們功課的方法。
Thirdly, I must then try to understand and respond in a helpful way to my students’ ideas. Fourthly, I must force myself to be creative, because if I deliver a boring lesson , my students will feel bored . And to be creative ,I mu st learn more.
第三，我必須通過一個有用的方式去努力理解和回應學生們的想法。第四，我必須強迫自己有創造力，因為如果我上的是一堂無聊的課，我的學生就會感到厭煩。為了要有創造力，我要學得更多。
Moreover ,a teacher’s job is not ( and does not need to be) a routine.If you find yourself bored with doing the same thing over and over again,you have only yourself to blame.This is because a teacher has a great deal more independence and control over what he does than many other professionals do.
此外，教師的工作不是(也不需要)是例行公事。如果你發現自己厭倦了一遍又一遍做同樣的事情，你只能怪自己。這是因為教師是比其他職業的人有更多的獨立性和對他所做的事情更能控制。
Also, you may find teaching a“people job”.It involves inter acting with students and helping them to interact with each other.A good teacher will make his ideas alive, and will awaken ideas in the minds of his students.In the process, he will benefit by get ting to know his students and their ways of thinking.
你也可能會發現教育是“（關于）人的工作”。它涉及到與學生互動，并幫助他們相互交流。一個好老師會使他的思想活躍起來，并在他的學生心中喚起思想。在這個過程中，他會通過了解學生和他們的思維方式而獲益。
