大學(xué)畢業(yè)到社區(qū)工作 College Graduates Working as Community Workers
Nowadays，some college graduates choose to work in grassroots communities after graduation.I think it is a good practice which can benefit not only themselves but also the whole society.
如今,一些大學(xué)畢業(yè)生選擇畢業(yè)后在基層的社區(qū)工作。我認(rèn)為這是一種很好的做法，不僅有利于自己，也有利于整個(gè)社會(huì)。
On the one hand，college graduates can contribute a lot to the development of the community.As we all know，the staff members in the communities are mainly made up of retired workers before，most of whom are not well educated.If college graduates can work in the communities，
they can introduce some new concepts and methods to the community.On the other hand，graduates can also gain a lot from working as community workers.Community is the smallest unit in the society.Students can give full play to their abilities because they have to deal with various people and solve many thorny issues.Besides，one can also improve his practical skills，such as interpersonal skills and organizing ability.
一方面,大學(xué)畢業(yè)生可以為社會(huì)的發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)很多。眾所周知，社區(qū)的工作人員主要由退休工人,其中大多數(shù)沒有受過良好教育。如果大學(xué)畢業(yè)生能在社區(qū)工作，他們可以向社區(qū)介紹一些新的觀念和方法。另一方面，畢業(yè)生也可以從作為社區(qū)工作者的工作中受益匪淺。社區(qū)是社會(huì)最小的單位。學(xué)生們可以充分發(fā)揮他們的能力，因?yàn)樗麄儽仨毰c各種各樣的人打交道，并解決許多棘手的問題。此外還可以提高自己的實(shí)踐技能,比如人際交往能力和組織能力。
In my opinion，learning practical skills is of great importance for a graduate.Therefore，it is a wise choice for college graduates to have an experience as community workers.
在我看來,學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)用技能對(duì)于一個(gè)畢業(yè)生是非常重要的。因此,成為有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的社區(qū)工作者，對(duì)于大學(xué)畢業(yè)生來說這是一個(gè)明智的選擇。
