BEC初級寫作分為兩部分,第二部分為BEC商業信函。商業函件業務簡稱商函業務,它區別于具有個人通信性質的信件,是為社會各類用戶提供迅速準確傳遞商用信息的業務。 商業函件是一種廣告媒體,利用郵局點多面廣的優勢,以郵寄的方式,將廣告客戶要求寄發廣告商品介紹、訂貨單、調查征函、通知單等投送到廣告客戶所希望的接收人手中。
商業函件是一種新興的廣告形式,利用郵政點多面廣的優勢,以郵寄信件的方式,將您要求寄發的廣告、商品介紹、訂貨單、調查征詢函、通知單等投送到指定的收件人手中。目前商業函件的種類有信函型商函、對帳單型商函、郵送廣告(印刷品形式)、貨樣廣告型商函、郵政廣告郵資明信片(含企業拜年卡)等。
廣告函件與廣播電視及報刊廣告相比,具有廣告發布面廣、針對性強、 手續簡便、價格便宜、方便迅速等特點。
