Now the whole community often talk about working ability and efficiency. For example, some people may have high academic qualification, but actually his ability is very limited. So both the inpidual and the community ought to change their attitude on academic qualification. We should realize that it is the operational capability and service ability which can help you to find a good job.

我認為，教育不應該是面試的唯一標準。高學歷對于公司來說也不一定是好事。現代社會非常重視工作能力和效率，有很多人有高學歷但是真正的能力卻很有限。所以無論是個人還是社會，都應當改變對學歷的固有看法。我們應當意識到：只有工作和服務的能力才能幫助我們獲得好工作。
