With the rapid development of our economy and society competition in the corporate world has become increasingly fierce and overwork is nothing new in most companies. As a result, achieving a balance between work and leisure matters a great deal in the fast-paced world.
As far as I am concerned, there are mainly two measures one can take to balance our work and leisure time. First and foremost, it is advisable for one to put a time limit on leisure activities and avoid being addicted to some entertainments, such as playing video games or watching amusing shows. In addition, one is supposed to prioritize what he needs to do at work so as to enhance his work efficiency, thus sparing time for leisure recreations to relax both his body and mind.
To put it in a nutshell, keeping a balance between work and leisure activities proves to be especially crucial in our modern society with a quickening pace. Only in this way can we achieve high work efficiency as well as a sense of fulfillment.
