I think I am quite healthy. The followingmethods areI employed . First, I did not worry the loss wealth and the prestige, the family, the friend and inpidual conscience are more important. Second,we should live a simple life.Wear the ordinaryclothes, and eat the plain food. Associates with the human by normal ways. Third, the automobilealways consume the massive energy,so I choose to go out by bus or on foot. Fourth, each week I probably swim twice,which canenhance heart and lungs function and main theexuberant work power.Fifth, I will ask myself three question every day. Is disloyal for the friend? The manner does not believe? Is not dense for the matter? Through the above several ways,you can keep fit and healthy.Please try them, if youare interested in them.
