　　這是一篇簡單卻需要挖掘的文章，因為如果只是描述用餐情況，顯然缺乏深度，夸夸其談，流于表面。學生拿到這樣的題目需要仔細考慮用餐背后的東西。比較容易想到的話題是食物浪費、用餐衛生、餐桌禮儀等。在創作范文中，筆者另辟蹊徑，通過大多數同齡人用餐時的匆忙來襯托“我”的悠然自得，凸顯出在緊張的高中學生生涯中，作者能夠留有一片心靈凈土，通過飲食來調節情緒，更好地面對挑戰，表現出樂觀的人生態度。此文結構簡單，文筆清新，語言精準，并運用了高中階段常見的語法結構，不失為一個很好的作文模板，供學生借鑒。
