Viewing the definition in this light, whether hard work and determination or money and appearance are of more necessity to lead a successful life will be discussed in this article.

In addition, people who have great fortune can allocate their capital resource in various ways, testifying their ideas with greater freedom and finally find the access to success in a faster way.

Today’s professionals must work long hours to keep their heads above water, let alone to get ahead in life financially. Those devoted worker who are determined to work extra hours and even take projects home can often be rewarded by companies especially when the companies are under the press of crucial deadlines and other crisis situations. The endeavor and determination of employees can help them to get promoted, thus a step closer to successful life. Besides, determination paves the way to success. Take determination of change for example, those businessmen who are determined to become the iconoclasts often rise to the top in newer industries because they can catch attention of consumers and keep up with the vagaries of consumer tastes instead of obeying the traditional ways. This brings them a greater possibility to achieve success compared to their peers.
