點睛：
本句的主干是no regular advertiser dare promote aproduct，前面是一個apart from引導的介詞結構，介詞from的賓語the fact之后又有一個同位語從句。在主句中，a product之后跟著定語從句that fails to live upto the promise of his advertisements。act作“法案”講時首字母必須大寫。
