For two or three weeks' rest is adequate for students to refresh themselves without forgetting the lessons that are to be continued next semester. Short vacations also mean to rest three times a school year and short semesters. To study in this way is easier than to study for a long exhausting time with many courses and lessons crammed together. One the whole, either long or short vacation has its advantages and disadvantages. What matters is how to make use of it.
