當(dāng)我們學(xué)習(xí)的時(shí)候，我們都想要高效率的工作，自學(xué)能力是很重要的，有了自習(xí)能力，我們就可以提高效率，我們所做的事情就能更好的完成，節(jié)省時(shí)間去做其他事情。提高自習(xí)能力的方法是多樣的。
First, we should set up the goal. The goal we make is better not to be far away, we can set up a small goal one by one. When we make the big goal, it is hard to achieve, sometimes we will frustrate by not seeing the improvement, then we will give up easily. But setting up the small is easy to achieve, so we can see our improvement and have the faith to keep on.
第一，我們應(yīng)該設(shè)立目標(biāo)。我們?cè)O(shè)立的目標(biāo)最好不要離得太遠(yuǎn)，我們可以設(shè)立一個(gè)個(gè)小的目標(biāo)。當(dāng)我們定遠(yuǎn)大目標(biāo)的時(shí)候，很到達(dá)到，有時(shí)候會(huì)因?yàn)榭床坏教岣叨艽欤缓蠛苋菀追艞墶５窃O(shè)立小的目標(biāo)很容易達(dá)到，因此我們可以看到進(jìn)步，有信念堅(jiān)持下去。

Like we have to tell us we must finish the first step in a week, so we have the pressure to finish quickly and won’t wait for tomorrow. If we can’t finish in time, we can have more few days.
第二，設(shè)立了目標(biāo)以后，下一步就是行動(dòng)。我們應(yīng)該按目標(biāo)行事，在一定的時(shí)期內(nèi)完成。比如我們告訴自己必須在一周內(nèi)完成第一步，因此有壓力快速完成，不會(huì)推到明天。如果我們不能及時(shí)完成，可以過(guò)些天完成。
