　　My Mother isa kind and gentle woman. She is always very gentle. She takes good care of her children and keeps them all at school. I have one brother and two sistets. So she gets four children in all. She gives us every comfort. We all love her and she loves us also.

　　My mother has too much to do in bringing us up. As our family is too poor to keep a servant, my mother has always to do very much work. She gets up very early and sleeps very late every day. She works hard, yet without complaining.

　　She is also a thrifty, and industrious woman. She saves every cent that she can and keeps everything in order. As she has been busy eversince she was young, she looks older than she really is. Her face is wrinkled, her hair becomes silver white, but she works as hard as ever.

　　Often she says to us, work while you work, play while you play. If you do not work, you will become lazy and of no use to society. What piece of good advice this is! We must worth it well and always keep it in our mind.

　　我的母親是一位心地善良、性情溫和的女性。她總是彬彬有禮。她細(xì)心地照顧孩子并使他們都上學(xué)讀書。我有一個(gè)哥哥，兩個(gè)妹妹，所以她總共有四個(gè)孩子。她使我們做每件事時(shí)都感到舒適。我們都愛她，她也愛我們。

　　為了撫養(yǎng)我們，母親有太多的事要做。因?yàn)槲覀兗液芨F，雇不起傭人，母親總是必須做很多工作。她每天起早貪黑，辛苦地工作，從無怨言。

　　她又是一位節(jié)儉勤勉的婦女。她盡可能地節(jié)省每一分錢，并且使每一件事情都井井有條。由于年輕時(shí)就一直忙碌，所以從外表看上去更見蒼老。她的臉布滿皺紋，頭發(fā)也變成了灰白，但她仍像從前一樣辛勤地操勞。

　　她常對(duì)我們說：“工作時(shí)工作，玩樂時(shí)玩樂，如果不工作，你將變得懶惰，從而無益于社會(huì)。”這是一番多么好的忠告啊!我們必須珍視它，并將它牢記心中。

　　I have a great mother. She cares much about me in my life and study. In the morning, she gets up early to make breakfast for me. When I was little, she prepared my schoolbag. But now, she tells me to do it by myself. Because she thinks I have been old enough to do it. Besides, she always checks my homework. When I finish my homework, she checks it and points out the mistakes. She is very careful and helps me a lot. I love my mother.

　　我有一個(gè)偉大的媽媽。她很關(guān)心我的學(xué)習(xí)生活。早上，她起得很早給我做早餐。當(dāng)我還很小的時(shí)候，她幫我準(zhǔn)備好書包。但是現(xiàn)在，她告訴我要自己做這些，因?yàn)樗X得我已經(jīng)長大了能夠自己完成。除此之外，她經(jīng)常檢查我的作業(yè)。當(dāng)我完成作業(yè)的時(shí)候，她就幫我檢查并指出錯(cuò)誤。她很細(xì)心，幫了我很多。我愛我的媽媽。
