舊約 -- 詩篇(Psalms) -- 第51章
51：1 （大衛與拔示巴同室以候，先知拿單來見他。他作這詩，交與伶長）神阿，求你按你的慈愛憐恤我，按你豐盛的慈悲涂抹我的過犯。
Have mercy upon me， O God， according to thy lovingkindness： according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.
51：2 求你將我的罪孽洗除凈盡并潔除我的罪。
Wash me throughly from mine iniquity， and cleanse me from my sin.
51：3 因為我知道我的過犯我的罪常在我面前For I acknowledge my transgressions： and my sin is ever before me.
51：4 我向你犯罪，惟獨得罪了你，在你眼前行了這惡，以致你責備我的時候，顯為公義。判斷我的時候，顯為清正。
Against thee， thee only， have I sinned， and done this evil in thy sight： that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest， and be clear when thou judgest.
51：5 我是在罪孽里生的。在我母胎的時候，就有了罪。
Behold， I was shapen in iniquity； and in sin did my mother conceive me.
51：6 你所洗愛的，是內里誠實。你在我隱密處，必使我得智慧。
Behold， thou desirest truth in the inward parts： and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom.
51：7 求你用牛膝草潔凈我，我就乾凈，求你洗滌我，我就比雪更白。
Purge me with hyssop， and I shall be clean： wash me， and I shall be whiter than snow.
51：8 求你使我得聽歡喜快樂的聲音，使你所壓傷的骨頭，可以踴躍。
Make me to hear joy and gladness； that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice.
51：9 求你掩面不看我的罪，涂抹我一切的罪孽。
Hide thy face from my sins， and blot out all mine iniquities.
51：10 神阿，求你為我造清潔的心，使我里面重新有正直的靈。（正直或作堅定）。
Create in me a clean heart， O God； and renew a right spirit within me.
51：11 不要丟棄我，使我離開你的面。不要從我收回你的圣靈。
Cast me not away from thy presence； and take not thy holy spirit from me.
51：12 求你使我仍得救恩之樂，賜我樂意的靈扶持我。
Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation； and uphold me with thy free spirit.
51：13 我就把你的道指教有過犯的人。罪人必歸順你。
Then will I teach transgressors thy ways； and sinners shall be converted unto thee.
51：14 神阿，你是拯救我的神。求你救我脫離流人血的罪。我的舌頭就高聲歌唱你的公義。
Deliver me from bloodguiltiness， O God， thou God of my salvation： and my tongue shall sing aloud of thy righteousness.
51：15 主阿，求你使我的嘴唇張開，我的口便傳揚贊美你的話。
O Lord， open thou my lips； and my mouth shall shew forth thy praise.
51：16 你本不喜愛祭物。若喜愛，我就獻上。燔祭你也不喜悅。
For thou desirest not sacrifice； else would I give it： thou delightest not in burnt offering.
51：17 神所要的祭，就是憂傷的靈。神阿，憂傷痛悔的心，你必不輕看。
The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit： a broken and a contrite heart， O God， thou wilt not despise.
51：18 求你隨你的美意善待錫安，建造耶路撒冷的城墻。
Do good in thy good pleasure unto Zion： build thou the walls of Jerusalem.
51：19 那時，你必喜愛公義的祭，和燔祭并全牲的燔祭。那時，人必將公牛獻在你壇上。
Then shalt thou be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness， with burnt offering and whole burnt offering： then shall they offer bullocks upon thine altar.
