37：1 因此我心戰兢，從原處移動。

　　At this also my heart trembleth， and is moved out of his place.

　　37：2 聽阿，神轟轟的聲音，是他口中所發的響聲。

　　Hear attentively the noise of his voice， and the sound that goeth out of his mouth.

　　37：3 他發響聲震遍天下，發電光閃到地極。

　　He directeth it under the whole heaven， and his lightning unto the ends of the earth.

　　37：4 隨后人聽見有雷聲轟轟，大發威嚴，雷電接連不斷。

　　After it a voice roareth： he thundereth with the voice of his excellency； and he will not stay them when his voice is heard.

　　37：5 神發出奇妙的雷聲，他行大事，我們不能測透。

　　God thundereth marvellously with his voice； great things doeth he， which we cannot comprehend.

　　37：6 他對雪說，要降在地上，對大雨和暴雨也是這樣說。

　　For he saith to the snow， Be thou on the earth； likewise to the small rain， and to the great rain of his strength.

　　37：7 他封住各人的手，叫所造的萬人，都曉得他的作為。

　　He sealeth up the hand of every man； that all men may know his work.

　　37：8 百獸進入穴中，臥在洞內。

　　Then the beasts go into dens， and remain in their places.

　　37：9 暴風出于南宮。寒冷出于北方。

　　Out of the south cometh the whirlwind： and cold out of the north.

　　37：10 神噓氣成冰。寬闊之水也都凝結。

　　By the breath of God frost is given： and the breadth of the waters is straitened.

　　37：11 他使密云盛滿水氣，布散電光之云。

　　Also by watering he wearieth the thick cloud： he scattereth his bright cloud：

　　37：12 這云是藉他的指引游行旋轉，得以在全地面上，行他一切所吩咐的，And it is turned round about by his counsels： that they may do whatsoever he commandeth them upon the face of the world in the earth.

　　37：13 或為責罰，或為潤地，或為施行慈愛。

　　He causeth it to come， whether for correction， or for his land， or for mercy.

　　37：14 約伯阿，你要留心聽，要站立思想神奇妙的作為。

　　Hearken unto this， O Job： stand still， and consider the wondrous works of God.

　　37：15 神如何吩咐這些，如何使云中的電光照耀，你知道嗎。

　　Dost thou know when God disposed them， and caused the light of his cloud to shine？

　　37：16 云彩如何浮于空中，那知識全備者奇妙的作為，你知道嗎。

　　Dost thou know the balancings of the clouds， the wondrous works of him which is perfect in knowledge？

　　37：17 南風使地寂靜，你的衣服就如火熱，你知道嗎。

　　How thy garments are warm， when he quieteth the earth by the south wind？

　　37：18 你豈能與神同鋪穹蒼嗎。這穹蒼堅硬，如同鑄成的鏡子。

　　Hast thou with him spread out the sky， which is strong， and as a molten looking glass？

　　37：19 我們愚昧不能陳說。請你指教我們該對他說什么話。

　　Teach us what we shall say unto him； for we cannot order our speech by reason of darkness.

　　37：20 人豈可說，我愿與他說話。豈有人自愿滅亡嗎。

　　Shall it be told him that I speak？ if a man speak， surely he shall be swallowed up.

　　37：21 現在有云遮蔽，人不得見穹蒼的光亮。但風吹過，天又發晴。

　　And now men see not the bright light which is in the clouds： but the wind passeth， and cleanseth them.

　　37：22 金光出于北方，在神那里有可怕的威嚴。

　　Fair weather cometh out of the north： with God is terrible majesty.

　　37：23 論到全能者，我們不能測度。他大有能力，有公平和大義，必不苦待人。

　　Touching the Almighty， we cannot find him out： he is excellent in power， and in judgment， and in plenty of justice： he will not afflict.

　　37：24 所以，人敬畏他。凡自以為心中有智慧的人，他都不顧念。

　　Men do therefore fear him： he respecteth not any that are wise of heart.
