123：1 （上行之詩）坐在天上的主阿，我向你舉目。
Unto thee lift I up mine eyes， O thou that dwellest in the heavens.
123：2 看哪，仆人的眼睛怎樣望主人的手，使女的眼睛怎樣望主母的手，我們的眼睛也照樣望耶和華我們的神，直到他憐憫我們。
Behold， as the eyes of servants look unto the hand of their masters， and as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress； so our eyes wait upon the LORD our God， until that he have mercy upon us.
123：3 耶和華阿，求你憐憫我們，憐憫我們。因為我們被藐視，已到極處。
Have mercy upon us， O LORD， have mercy upon us： for we are exceedingly filled with contempt.
123：4 我們被那些安逸人的譏誚，和驕傲人的藐視，已到極處。
Our soul is exceedingly filled with the scorning of those that are at ease， and with the contempt of the proud.
