7：1 烏西雅的孫子約坦的兒子猶大王亞哈斯在位的時候，亞蘭王利汛，和利瑪利的兒子以色列王比加上來攻打耶路撒冷，卻不能攻取。

　　And it came to pass in the days of Ahaz the son of Jotham， the son of Uzziah， king of Judah， that Rezin the king of Syria， and Pekah the son of Remaliah， king of Israel， went up toward Jerusalem to war against it， but could not prevail against it.

　　7：2 有人告訴大衛家說，亞蘭與以法蓮已經同盟。王的心和百姓的心就都跳動，好像林中的樹被風吹動一樣。

　　And it was told the house of David， saying， Syria is confederate with Ephraim. And his heart was moved， and the heart of his people， as the trees of the wood are moved with the wind.

　　7：3 耶和華對以賽亞說，你和你的兒子施亞雅述出去，到上池的水溝頭，在漂布地的大路上，去迎接亞哈斯。

　　Then said the LORD unto Isaiah， Go forth now to meet Ahaz， thou， and Shearjashub thy son， at the end of the conduit of the upper pool in the highway of the fuller's field；

　　7：4 對他說，你要謹慎安靜。不要因亞蘭王利汛，和利瑪利的兒子，這兩個冒煙的火把頭所發的烈怒害怕，也不要心里膽怯。

　　And say unto him， Take heed， and be quiet； fear not， neither be fainthearted for the two tails of these smoking firebrands， for the fierce anger of Rezin with Syria， and of the son of Remaliah.

　　7：5 因為亞蘭，和以法蓮，并利瑪利的兒子，設惡謀害你，Because Syria， Ephraim， and the son of Remaliah， have taken evil counsel against thee， saying，

　　7：6 說，我們可以上去，攻擊猶太，擾亂他，攻破他，在其中立他比勒的兒子為王。

　　Let us go up against Judah， and vex it， and let us make a breach therein for us， and set a king in the midst of it， even the son of Tabeal：

　　7：7 所以主耶和華如此說，這所謀的必立不住，也不得成就。

　　Thus saith the Lord GOD， It shall not stand， neither shall it come to pass.

　　7：8 原來亞蘭的首城是大馬士革，大馬士革的首領是利汛。六十五年之內，以法蓮必然破壞，不再成為國民。

　　For the head of Syria is Damascus， and the head of Damascus is Rezin； and within threescore and five years shall Ephraim be broken， that it be not a people.

　　7：9 以法蓮的受首城是撒瑪利亞，撒瑪利亞的首領是利瑪利的兒子。你們若是不信，定然不得立穩。

　　And the head of Ephraim is Samaria， and the head of Samaria is Remaliah's son. If ye will not believe， surely ye shall not be established.

　　7：10 耶和華又曉諭亞哈斯說，Moreover the LORD spake again unto Ahaz， saying，

　　7：11 你向耶和華你的神求一個兆頭?；蚯箫@在深處，或求顯在高處。

　　Ask thee a sign of the LORD thy God； ask it either in the depth， or in the height above.

　　7：12 亞哈斯說，我不求，我不試探耶和華。

　　But Ahaz said， I will not ask， neither will I tempt the LORD.

　　7：13 以賽亞說，大衛家阿，你們當聽。你們使人厭煩豈算小事，還要使我的神厭煩嗎。

　　And he said， Hear ye now， O house of David； Is it a small thing for you to weary men， but will ye weary my God also？

　　7：14 因此，主自己要給你們一個兆頭，必有童女懷孕生子，給他起名叫以馬內利。（就是神與我們同在的意思）

　　Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign； Behold， a virgin shall conceive， and bear a son， and shall call his name Immanuel.

　　7：15 到他曉得棄惡擇善的時候，他必吃奶油與蜂蜜。

　　Butter and honey shall he eat， that he may know to refuse the evil， and choose the good.

　　7：16 因為在這孩子還不曉得棄惡擇善之先，你所憎惡的那兩王之地，必致見棄。

　　For before the child shall know to refuse the evil， and choose the good， the land that thou abhorrest shall be forsaken of both her kings.

　　7：17 耶和華必使亞述王攻擊你的日子臨到，你和你的百姓，并你的父家，自從以法蓮離開猶太以來，未曾有這樣的日子。

　　The LORD shall bring upon thee， and upon thy people， and upon thy father's house， days that have not come， from the day that Ephraim departed from Judah； even the king of Assyria.

　　7：18 那時，耶和華要發絲聲，使埃及江河源頭的蒼蠅，和亞述地的蜂子飛來。

　　And it shall come to pass in that day， that the LORD shall hiss for the fly that is in the uttermost part of the rivers of Egypt， and for the bee that is in the land of Assyria.

　　7：19 都必飛來，落在荒涼的谷內，磐石的穴里，和一切荊棘籬笆中，并一切的草場上。

　　And they shall come， and shall rest all of them in the desolate valleys， and in the holes of the rocks， and upon all thorns， and upon all bushes.

　　7：20 那時，主必用大河外賃的剃頭刀，就是亞述王，剃去頭發，和腳上的毛，并要剃凈胡須。

　　In the same day shall the Lord shave with a razor that is hired， namely， by them beyond the river， by the king of Assyria， the head， and the hair of the feet： and it shall also consume the beard.

　　7：21 那時，一個人要養活一只母牛犢，兩只母綿羊。

　　And it shall come to pass in that day， that a man shall nourish a young cow， and two sheep；

　　7：22 因為出的奶多，他就得吃奶油。在境內所剩的人，都要吃奶油與蜂蜜。

　　And it shall come to pass， for the abundance of milk that they shall give he shall eat butter： for butter and honey shall every one eat that is left in the land.

　　7：23 從前凡種一千棵葡萄樹，值銀一千舍客勒的地方，到那時，必長荊棘和蒺藜。

　　And it shall come to pass in that day， that every place shall be， where there were a thousand vines at a thousand silverlings， it shall even be for briers and thorns.

　　7：24 人上那里去，必帶弓劍，因為遍地滿了荊棘和蒺藜。

　　With arrows and with bows shall men come thither； because all the land shall become briers and thorns.

　　7：25 所有用鋤刨挖的山地，你因怕荊棘和蒺藜，不敢上那里去。只可成了放牛之處，為羊踐踏之地。

　　And on all hills that shall be digged with the mattock， there shall not come thither the fear of briers and thorns： but it shall be for the sending forth of oxen， and for the treading of lesser cattle.
