29：1 唉，亞利伊勒，亞利伊勒，大衛安營的城。任憑你年上加年，節期照常周流。

　　Woe to Ariel， to Ariel， the city where David dwelt！ add ye year to year； let them kill sacrifices.

　　29：2 我終必使亞利伊勒困難。他必悲傷哀號，我卻仍以他為亞利伊勒。

　　Yet I will distress Ariel， and there shall be heaviness and sorrow： and it shall be unto me as Ariel.

　　29：3 我必四圍安營攻擊你，屯兵圍困你，筑壘攻擊你。

　　And I will camp against thee round about， and will lay siege against thee with a mount， and I will raise forts against thee.

　　29：4 你必敗落，從地中說話。你的言語必微細出于塵埃。你的聲音必像那交鬼者的聲音出于地。你的言語低低微微出于塵埃。

　　And thou shalt be brought down， and shalt speak out of the ground， and thy speech shall be low out of the dust， and thy voice shall be， as of one that hath a familiar spirit， out of the ground， and thy speech shall whisper out of the dust.

　　29：5 你仇敵的群眾，卻要像細塵，強暴人的群眾，也要像飛糠。這事必頃刻之間忽然臨到。

　　Moreover the multitude of thy strangers shall be like small dust， and the multitude of the terrible ones shall be as chaff that passeth away： yea， it shall be at an instant suddenly.

　　29：6 萬軍之耶和華必用雷轟，地震，大聲，旋風，暴風，并吞滅的火焰，向他討罪。

　　Thou shalt be visited of the LORD of hosts with thunder， and with earthquake， and great noise， with storm and tempest， and the flame of devouring fire.

　　29：7 那時，攻擊亞利伊勒列國的群眾，就是一切攻擊亞利伊勒和他的保障，并使他困難的，必如夢景，如夜間的異象。

　　And the multitude of all the nations that fight against Ariel， even all that fight against her and her munition， and that distress her， shall be as a dream of a night vision.

　　29：8 又必像饑餓的人，夢中吃飯，醒了仍覺腹空。或像口渴的人，夢中喝水，醒了仍覺發昏，心里想喝。攻擊錫安山列國的群眾，也必如此。

　　It shall even be as when an hungry man dreameth， and， behold， he eateth； but he awaketh， and his soul is empty： or as when a thirsty man dreameth， and， behold， he drinketh； but he awaketh， and， behold， he is faint， and his soul hath appetite： so shall the multitude of all the nations be， that fight against mount Zion.

　　29：9 你們等候驚奇吧。你們宴樂昏迷吧。他們醉了，卻非因酒。他們東倒西歪，卻非因濃酒。

　　Stay yourselves， and wonder； cry ye out， and cry： they are drunken， but not with wine； they stagger， but not with strong drink.

　　29：10 因為耶和華將沉睡的靈，澆灌你們，封閉你們的眼，蒙蓋你們的頭。你們的眼，就是先知。你們的頭，就是先見。

　　For the LORD hath poured out upon you the spirit of deep sleep， and hath closed your eyes： the prophets and your rulers， the seers hath he covered.

　　29：11 所有的默示你們看如封住的書卷。人將這書卷交給識字的，說，請念吧。他說，我不能念，因為是封住了。

　　And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed， which men deliver to one that is learned， saying， Read this， I pray thee： and he saith， I cannot； for it is sealed：

　　29：12 又將這書卷交給不識字的人，說，請念吧。他說，我不識字。

　　And the book is delivered to him that is not learned， saying， Read this， I pray thee： and he saith， I am not learned.

　　29：13 主說，因為這百姓親近我，用嘴唇尊敬我，心卻遠離我。他們敬畏我，不過是領受人的吩咐。

　　Wherefore the Lord said， Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth， and with their lips do honour me， but have removed their heart far from me， and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men：

　　29：14 所以我在這百姓中要行奇妙的事，就是奇妙又奇妙的事。他們智慧人的智慧，必然消滅，聰明人的聰明，必然隱藏。

　　Therefore， behold， I will proceed to do a marvellous work among this people， even a marvellous work and a wonder： for the wisdom of their wise men shall perish， and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hid.

　　29：15 禍哉，那些向耶和華深藏謀略的，又在暗中行事，說，誰看見我們呢。誰知道我們呢。

　　Woe unto them that seek deep to hide their counsel from the LORD， and their works are in the dark， and they say， Who seeth us？ and who knoweth us？

　　29：16 你們把事顛倒了，豈可看窯匠如泥嗎。被制作的物，豈可論制作物的說，他沒有制作我。或是被創造的物論造物的說，他沒有聰明。

　　Surely your turning of things upside down shall be esteemed as the potter's clay： for shall the work say of him that made it， He made me not？ or shall the thing framed say of him that framed it， He had no understanding？

　　29：17 黎巴嫩變為肥田，肥田看如樹林，不是只有一點點時候嗎。

　　Is it not yet a very little while， and Lebanon shall be turned into a fruitful field， and the fruitful field shall be esteemed as a forest？

　　29：18 那時，聾子必聽見這書上的話。瞎子的眼，必從迷蒙黑暗中得以看見。

　　And in that day shall the deaf hear the words of the book， and the eyes of the blind shall see out of obscurity， and out of darkness.

　　29：19 謙卑人，必因耶和華增添歡喜。人間貧窮的，必因以色列的圣者快樂。

　　The meek also shall increase their joy in the LORD， and the poor among men shall rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.

　　29：20 因為強暴人已歸無有。褻慢人已經滅絕。一切找機會作孽的，都被剪除。

　　For the terrible one is brought to nought， and the scorner is consumed， and all that watch for iniquity are cut off：

　　29：21 他們在爭訟的事上，定無罪的為有罪，為城門口責備人的，設下網羅，用虛無的事，屈枉義人。

　　That make a man an offender for a word， and lay a snare for him that reproveth in the gate， and turn aside the just for a thing of nought.

　　29：22 所以救贖亞伯拉罕的耶和華，論雅各家如此說，雅各必不再羞愧，面容也不至變色。

　　Therefore thus saith the LORD， who redeemed Abraham， concerning the house of Jacob， Jacob shall not now be ashamed， neither shall his face now wax pale.

　　29：23 但他看見他的眾子，就是我手的工作，在他那里，他們必尊我的名為圣，必尊雅各的圣者為圣，必敬畏以色列的神。

　　But when he seeth his children， the work of mine hands， in the midst of him， they shall sanctify my name， and sanctify the Holy One of Jacob， and shall fear the God of Israel.

　　29：24 心中迷糊的，必得明白，發怨言的，必受訓誨。

　　They also that erred in spirit shall come to understanding， and they that murmured shall learn doctrine.
