　　32：1 看哪，必有一王憑公義行政。必有首領(lǐng)藉公平掌權(quán)。

　　Behold， a king shall reign in righteousness， and princes shall rule in judgment.

　　32：2 必有一人像避風(fēng)所，和避暴雨的隱密處，又像河流在乾旱之地，像大磐石的影子在疲乏之地。

　　And a man shall be as an hiding place from the wind， and a covert from the tempest； as rivers of water in a dry place， as the shadow of a great rock in a weary land.

　　32：3 那能看的人，眼不再昏迷，能聽(tīng)的人，耳必得聽(tīng)聞。

　　And the eyes of them that see shall not be dim， and the ears of them that hear shall hearken.

　　32：4 冒失人的心，必明白知識(shí)，結(jié)吧人的舌，必說(shuō)話通快。

　　The heart also of the rash shall understand knowledge， and the tongue of the stammerers shall be ready to speak plainly.

　　32：5 愚頑人不再稱為高明，吝嗇人不再稱為大方。

　　The vile person shall be no more called liberal， nor the churl said to be bountiful.

　　32：6 因?yàn)橛揞B人，必說(shuō)愚頑話，心里想作罪孽，慣行褻瀆的事，說(shuō)錯(cuò)謬的話，攻擊耶和華，使饑餓的人，無(wú)食可吃，使口渴的人，無(wú)水可喝。

　　For the vile person will speak villany， and his heart will work iniquity， to practise hypocrisy， and to utter error against the LORD， to make empty the soul of the hungry， and he will cause the drink of the thirsty to fail.

　　32：7 吝嗇人所用的法子是惡的。他圖謀惡計(jì)，用謊言毀滅謙卑人。窮乏人講公理的時(shí)候，他也是這樣行。

　　The instruments also of the churl are evil： he deviseth wicked devices to destroy the poor with lying words， even when the needy speaketh right.

　　32：8 高明人卻謀高明事，在高明事上，也必永存。

　　But the liberal deviseth liberal things； and by liberal things shall he stand.

　　32：9 安逸的婦女阿，起來(lái)聽(tīng)我的聲音。無(wú)慮的女子阿，側(cè)耳聽(tīng)我的言語(yǔ)。

　　Rise up， ye women that are at ease； hear my voice， ye careless daughters； give ear unto my speech.

　　32：10 無(wú)慮的女子阿，再過(guò)一年多，必受騷擾。因?yàn)闊o(wú)葡萄可摘，無(wú)果子（或作禾稼）可收。

　　Many days and years shall ye be troubled， ye careless women： for the vintage shall fail， the gathering shall not come.

　　32：11 安逸的婦女阿，要戰(zhàn)兢。無(wú)慮的女子阿，要受騷擾。脫去衣服，赤著身體，腰束麻布。

　　Tremble， ye women that are at ease； be troubled， ye careless ones： strip you， and make you bare， and gird sackcloth upon your loins.

　　32：12 他們必為美好的田地，和多結(jié)果的葡萄樹(shù)，捶胸哀哭。

　　They shall lament for the teats， for the pleasant fields， for the fruitful vine.

　　32：13 荊棘蒺藜必長(zhǎng)在我百姓的地上，又長(zhǎng)在歡樂(lè)的城中，和一切快樂(lè)的房屋上。

　　Upon the land of my people shall come up thorns and briers； yea， upon all the houses of joy in the joyous city：

　　32：14 因?yàn)閷m殿必被撇下。多民的城必被離棄。山岡望樓永為洞穴，作野驢所喜樂(lè)的，為羊群的草場(chǎng)。

　　Because the palaces shall be forsaken； the multitude of the city shall be left； the forts and towers shall be for dens for ever， a joy of wild asses， a pasture of flocks；

　　32：15 等到圣靈從上澆灌我們，曠野就變?yōu)榉侍铮侍锟慈鐦?shù)林。

　　Until the spirit be poured upon us from on high， and the wilderness be a fruitful field， and the fruitful field be counted for a forest.

　　32：16 那時(shí)，公平要居在曠野，公義要居在肥田。

　　Then judgment shall dwell in the wilderness， and righteousness remain in the fruitful field.

　　32：17 公義的果效，必是平安。公義的效驗(yàn)，必是平穩(wěn)，直到永遠(yuǎn)。

　　And the work of righteousness shall be peace； and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.

　　32：18 我的百姓，必住在平安的居所，安穩(wěn)的住處，平靜的安歇所。

　　And my people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation， and in sure dwellings， and in quiet resting places；

　　32：19 但要降冰雹打倒樹(shù)林。城必全然拆平。

　　When it shall hail， coming down on the forest； and the city shall be low in a low place.

　　32：20 你們?cè)诟魉吶龇N牧放牛驢的有福了。

　　Blessed are ye that sow beside all waters， that send forth thither the feet of the ox and the ass.
