10：1 波斯王居魯士第三年，有事顯給稱為伯提沙撒的但以理。這事是真的，是指著大爭戰(zhàn)。但以理通達這事，明白這異象。

　　In the third year of Cyrus king of Persia a thing was revealed unto Daniel， whose name was called Belteshazzar； and the thing was true， but the time appointed was long： and he understood the thing， and had understanding of the vision.

　　10：2 當那時，我但以理悲傷了三個七日。

　　In those days I Daniel was mourning three full weeks.

　　10：3 美味我沒有吃，酒肉沒有入我的口，也沒有用油抹我的身，直到滿了三個七日。

　　I ate no pleasant bread， neither came flesh nor wine in my mouth， neither did I anoint myself at all， till three whole weeks were fulfilled.

　　10：4 正月二十四日，我在希底結大河邊，And in the four and twentieth day of the first month， as I was by the side of the great river， which is Hiddekel；

　　10：5 舉目觀看，見有一人身穿細麻衣，腰束烏法精金帶。

　　Then I lifted up mine eyes， and looked， and behold a certain man clothed in linen， whose loins were girded with fine gold of Uphaz：

　　10：6 他身體如水蒼玉，面貌如閃電，眼目如火把，手和腳如光明的銅，說話的聲音如大眾的聲音。

　　His body also was like the beryl， and his face as the appearance of lightning， and his eyes as lamps of fire， and his arms and his feet like in colour to polished brass， and the voice of his words like the voice of a multitude.

　　10：7 這異象惟有我但以理一人看見，同著我的人沒有看見。他們卻大大戰(zhàn)兢，逃跑隱藏，And I Daniel alone saw the vision： for the men that were with me saw not the vision； but a great quaking fell upon them， so that they fled to hide themselves.

　　10：8 只剩下我一人。我見了這大異象便渾身無力，面貌失色，毫無氣力。

　　Therefore I was left alone， and saw this great vision， and there remained no strength in me： for my comeliness was turned in me into corruption， and I retained no strength.

　　10：9 我卻聽見他說話的聲音，一聽見就面伏在地沉睡了。

　　Yet heard I the voice of his words： and when I heard the voice of his words， then was I in a deep sleep on my face， and my face toward the ground.

　　10：10 忽然，有一手按在我身上，使我用膝和手掌支持微起。

　　And， behold， an hand touched me， which set me upon my knees and upon the palms of my hands.

　　10：11 他對我說，大蒙眷愛的但以理阿，要明白我與你所說的話，只管站起來，因為我現(xiàn)在奉差遣來到你這里。他對我說這話，我便戰(zhàn)戰(zhàn)兢兢地立起來。

　　And he said unto me， O Daniel， a man greatly beloved， understand the words that I speak unto thee， and stand upright： for unto thee am I now sent. And when he had spoken this word unto me， I stood trembling.

　　10：12 他就說，但以理阿，不要懼怕。因為從你第一日專心求明白將來的事，又在你神面前刻苦己心，你的言語已蒙應允。我是因你的言語而來。

　　Then said he unto me， Fear not， Daniel： for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand， and to chasten thyself before thy God， thy words were heard， and I am come for thy words.

　　10：13 但波斯國的魔君攔阻我二十一日。忽然有大君（就是天使長。二十一節(jié)同）中的一位米迦勒來幫助我，我就停留在波斯諸王那里。

　　But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days： but， lo， Michael， one of the chief princes， came to help me； and I remained there with the kings of Persia.

　　10：14 現(xiàn)在我來，要使你明白本國之民日后必遭遇的事，因為這異象關乎后來許多的日子。

　　Now I am come to make thee understand what shall befall thy people in the latter days： for yet the vision is for many days.

　　10：15 他向我這樣說，我就臉面朝地，啞口無聲。

　　And when he had spoken such words unto me， I set my face toward the ground， and I became dumb.

　　10：16 不料，有一位像人的，摸我的嘴唇，我便開口向那站在我面前的說，我主阿，因見這異象，我大大愁苦，毫無氣力。

　　And， behold， one like the similitude of the sons of men touched my lips： then I opened my mouth， and spake， and said unto him that stood before me， O my lord， by the vision my sorrows are turned upon me， and I have retained no strength.

　　10：17 我主的仆人怎能與我主說話呢。我一見異象就渾身無力，毫無氣息。

　　For how can the servant of this my lord talk with this my lord？ for as for me， straightway there remained no strength in me， neither is there breath left in me.

　　10：18 有一位形狀像人的又摸我，使我有力量。

　　Then there came again and touched me one like the appearance of a man， and he strengthened me，

　　10：19 他說，大蒙眷愛的人哪，不要懼怕，愿你平安。你總要堅強。他一向我說話，我便覺得有力量，說，我主請說，因你使我有力量。

　　And said， O man greatly beloved， fear not： peace be unto thee， be strong， yea， be strong. And when he had spoken unto me， I was strengthened， and said， Let my lord speak； for thou hast strengthened me.

　　10：20 他就說，你知道我為何來見你嗎。現(xiàn)在我要回去與波斯的魔君爭戰(zhàn)，我去后，希臘（原文作雅完）的魔君必來。

　　Then said he， Knowest thou wherefore I come unto thee？ and now will I return to fight with the prince of Persia： and when I am gone forth， lo， the prince of Grecia shall come.

　　10：21 但我要將那錄在真確書上的事告訴你。除了你們的大君米迦勒之外，沒有幫助我抵擋這兩魔君的。

　　But I will shew thee that which is noted in the scripture of truth： and there is none that holdeth with me in these things， but Michael your prince.
