Everybody should know：
每個(gè)人都必須明白：
You can't be all things to all people
你不可能被所有人喜愛(ài)，
You can't do all everything at once
不可能一次做完所有的事情，
You can't do all things equally well
不可能把一切事情都做到一樣優(yōu)秀，
You can't do everything better than everyone else you're human, just like everyone else.
也不可能每件事都勝過(guò)他人，你只是個(gè)普通人，像其他人一樣。

You have to find out who you are and be that
你應(yīng)該明白你是怎樣的一個(gè)人，并做好你自己，
You have to decide what comes first and do that
你應(yīng)該決定什么是最重要的，并且干好這件事，
You have to discover your strengths and use them
你應(yīng)該發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)，并利用它，
You have to learn not to compete with others because no one else is in the business of being you.
你還應(yīng)該學(xué)著不要與他人比較，因?yàn)闆](méi)有什么人能夠成為你，除了你自己。

You will have learned to accept your own uniqueness
你會(huì)學(xué)會(huì)接受你自己的特點(diǎn)，
You will have learned to set priorities and make decisions

You will have learned to live with your limitations
你會(huì)學(xué)會(huì)帶著缺點(diǎn)活著，
You will have learned to give yourself the respect that is due and you will be on the road to being the best "you" that you can be.
你會(huì)學(xué)會(huì)給予自己應(yīng)得的自尊，并且不斷努力，做到力所能及的最好。
Dare to believe:

That you are a wonderfully unique person
你是一個(gè)優(yōu)秀的獨(dú)一無(wú)二的人，
That you are the only one just like you in all of history

That it is more than a right, it is your duty to be who you are
與其說(shuō)做好自己是你的權(quán)利，毋寧說(shuō)是你的責(zé)任，
That life is not a problem to solve, but a gift to cherish
生活并不是一道解不開(kāi)的難題，而是一份值得珍惜的饋贈(zèng)，
You will be able to stay on top of what used to get you down and achieve the impossible.
你有能力跨越曾經(jīng)讓你失望無(wú)奈的考驗(yàn)，并且讓不可能成為可能。
